I’m Sarah Hart, a mama of a wild toddler daughter and the owner-operator-baker-delivery gal behind Honi Honi Chocolate in Maui, Hawai’i. One mama shop!

My entrepreneurial road has been long and winding, with the twists and turns bringing me to my two favorite food groups: 1) chocolate and 2) chewy cookies.

I devoted a big chunk of my twenties to creating raw and vegan food, and supporting other brands to make delicious things to sell. I’m one of those chicks who made it her identity. And yes I ate a lot of nuts and almost turned in to one.

Now as a mom in my 30’s, I’m happy to report that I regularly purchase upwards of 30 lbs of grass fed butter each week, 20 or so dozen organic eggs, and trade cookie dough for my favorite local bone broth and lots of ‘ulu and poi. Funny what motherhood does.

As I ride this food journey, my core mission remains the same: make delicious food that creates a lot of pleasure and love, and share it.
